The most interesting wines aren’t always poured under sleek lighting or in tasting rooms lined with machines. They come from limestone caves, working cellars, places that feel a little raw. Maybe it smells a bit dank. Maybe the winemaker still has dirt in their fingernails from being in the vineyards earlier that day.

Real people dedicating their lives to legacy, and passing it to you. That, my collector friend, is how I choose to source.
